What a fantastic evening of celebrations we had on 29th September at the Uckfield Business Awards. The awards promote the achievements and diversity of the Uckfield business community. This year saw 130 business entries across 15 award categories and of course one overall winner.
The evening was a rare moment for us to take off our wellies and get our glad rags on! It was a pleasure to attend the awards surrounded by so many wonderful local businesses and celebrate their achievements. We are proud to be part of such a wonderful business community and would like to say congratulations to all the nominees and winners!
This year has seen us diversify into new areas, particularly our Education Centre which provides a farm-based learning opportunity for children, young people, families and community groups across Sussex.
As a finalist in the Rural Business category, we are delighted to say we WON!!! We are so proud to have our efforts recognised in this way. But that wasn't the end.....
What an amazing moment when we went on to WIN the overall ‘Business of the Year’ award! We are truly grateful for this accolade and all the team are still smiling!
